First Post
Hello everyone! Can you hear me? Hello? Hello? 😮
Ah! There you are! 😅
I am new on the scene of the blogging world and may assume that some of you are as well. Or, perhaps not. Nevertheless, after having seen a video that my professor for an online technology course posted about the strong presence of digital technology in today's generations and the need for more integrated technology in teaching, I am approaching this subject with eyes wide open and a ready head to learn all of the ways in which to meet the demands of today's students.
I do consider myself tech friendly though I know full well that I still have tons to learn. I would especially love to learn useful, engaging and overall educationally enriched teaching programs through technology. I must confess that however fun, innovative and interesting education through technology is, I would like to still feel that at the end of the day, I am teaching a class full of human students and not robots. Do any of you share these feelings??
Thanks for taking a minute or two to read my first post. Looking forward to sharing more as I discover more of this world.
That's all for now.
Ciao!

Welcome Raquela,
ReplyDeleteI agree with your assessment that we should see our students as persons and not robots. We will discuss this in this course.
Hi Raquela,
ReplyDeleteI too would love to find the balance of personal teaching and media based one. Good luck
